8. How do I enable Flash Player in Android?

For Android 4.0 and up:

Install the latest Dolphin Browser in the Google Play Store. (11.1.5 and above) Go to Menu> Settings >Web Content>Flash Player, and then choose ‘Always on’ or ‘On demand’. Please note that in order to view Flash content in Dolphin, you’ll need to have the Adobe Flash Player app installed on your phone.

With Dolphin Jetpack on, you will get a better Flash experience, so be sure to enable Jetpack from the settings.

To Play Flash on BBC:

To view flash on BBC, you can try to disable Flash Player in Dolphin Settings > Web Content and install the BBC Media Player.
