App Reviews for Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8

Works on XT1080M Motorola Droid Maxx
No ads. Trouble-free operation. Runs transparently (no app to kill). Assign a widget name at install or else the homescreen icon is offset from others (doesn't matter to me since it functions without issue). Also appears to not be for soft key phones - can't change menu settings.

Does what it says on the tin
For Galaxy SII users then this widget in combination with the widget called DataEnabler work like a dream. Just toggle your WiFi and mobile data connections on and off without having to bugger around in the settings. The important thing is that they don't seem to interfere with anything else and prioritise WiFi over your mobile data connection which saves you some dosh. If battery life is your priority, then just uses your mobile data link ll the time. It actually uses less watts to power the mobile chip.

Simple but well done, small file, no onerous permissions. When you click it on or off, the switch pauses for a half second in the middle then goes to the new state and changes the red/green LED.

I loved these apps on my LG Nexus 4. When it was time for an upgrade I was talked into an apple phone. I wish you made these apps for this phone.

    Needs Updates
I've used this since I got my G1 in 09 but it is outdated and misaligned on ICS (Droid RAZR specifically). Please update your awesome widgets so I can continue to enjoy them. :)

Does exactly what I need - no more no less, perfectly. I do agree with other reviews, the icon is too big and looks out of place on my screen. Other than that it's a great little time saver.

Hit and Miss, and then Hit!
I installed this a few months ago on my Nexus 7 and it still works well with the KItKat update. Liked it's function so well, I installed it on my Huawei Ascend D1 Quad (9510E), running ICS.. It lands on the screen, but it doesn't show up in the Widgets. UPDATE: Rebooted phone and Wifi OnOff appeared in the Widgets. Now working as expected. Briliant, thank you!

    Perfect for my needs
This is just what the doctor ordered for my power saving strategy. So far it seems to work really well and it could not be simpler to operate. I'm an Android newbie and the only thing that got me was during the installation, where I had to do the widget thing. Got it figured out and it's all good.

    Works for me
Nice simple thing for the home page (along with GPS onoff). One of those 'does what it says on the tin' things.

    Worked great until system update
This was a flawless widget until system update to 4.3. After that, it would work for a shot time and then freeze up. Had to uninstall.

    Huge thanks!!
10 times better than any battery saver applications. Everything is in your control. So simple and easy to use. Don't forget to turn off wifi when you don't need so you save some battery. I also mentioned your app in battery saving apps comments. Thanks a lot.

    So simple!
I don't know why other apps can't be more like this. The most confusing part is installation - why not have the switch simply appear on the screen instead of instructions on how to make it appear? None the less, a true five star app. It would be nice if the developers made a switchbox to keep an array of their switches. That would save screen space.

    Too good !
Works exactly as promised - looks good as well. I had seen some cases where it fails, but couldnt exactly reproduce the problem. Overall very good experience

I am using an evo wingle only available in pakistan. It goes off when used for too long. But this app can make it go on again without having to go downstairs and put wifi on again. Weldone, this app has literally changed ny life

I use the app every day!
This app has become an absolute essential for me! I hate when someone's WiFi tries to forcably log me in when I am driving, and this app prevents that with the touch of a button!

    Data saver
The absence of the wifi indicator on the top of the screen when wifi is off will lead to an occasional memory lapse that the wifi is in fact turned off, and one may be burning a lot of one's data allowance without realizing it. Like me. This widget solves that problem as I placed it on my home screen right below the position of the wifi indicator, and it shows a nice green dot when wifi is on, a red dot when wifi is off. Addidionally, it makes switching wifi on and off very convenient. Well worth the installation, and no issues on my HTC One Mini (M7)

Works well. Does what it says. When testing against Power Control. Noticed Sync indicator a little slow. But may not be related. * MotoDroid1

    I love your widgets
You guys rock, thanks for great and lightweight widgets, I have never had an issue with any app from curvefish, For everyone you must delete the old widget on the desktop AFTER an update, and re add it, or it will say "unable to load widget" if you read the information you would know this, it is not curvefish making a bad app, it is the user not following the instructions, don't give a bad rating for your own stupidity

    Does what I want!
Needed on a rooted NookColor running CM7. After reboot / power on, Wifi was always off, and only could be turned on by digging through menus.
