    so far so good
very simple, although at first the settings page is quite confusing without the labels. but doesnt take up a lot of space even as a widget since htc desire is quite limited with phone memory. good stuff!

    My homepage app
I have this right on my home page and so I always see what I need to remember and can also quickly add items. No hassle with unwanted extra accounts like evermore or google docs. Keep it simple! Well done :-)

This concept is what I've been looking for in a Task list for all the reasons others have mentioned. Would like to see a few more things in a future release like notifications, more customization options, multiple lists, prioritization of items and synchronization between devices. Just started using this widget, but really like it.

    Good app, needs features.
The simplicity of this app makes it a realistic option for making simple lists for any use. I would suggest the addition of two features to make it a little easier to use. First, the ability to rearrange the order of the list without deleting everything and second would be a "clear all" function so an entire list can be cleared more easily. These additions would make it a five-star app.

Was perfect until found a bug:
On samsung galaxy note 2 it was perfect. Now I use note 3, it has a fullHD screen. Using a 2x4 widget and minimal size font I'm able to have 39-40 lines for entries w/out having to scroll. BUT. 23rd line (and all lines after) show up on top of 11th line of text. Thus it's only half useful on my device. Please, fix for 5 stars. I have screenshots if you need them. Also, would love to be able to rearrange tasks, or at least to add new tasks in the middle of the list...

    Simple and good
I really like this widget! Way better once the re-sizing function was added. Though there's still room for improvement. With the re-sizing capability why have so many widget options still? I either misunderstand or it doesn't work, but if my list extends beyond the bottom of the widget I cannot make it scroll even if I add the what-looks-like-a-down-arrow button in the config. Sometimes the 1x1 widget looks messed up.

    Absolutely fantastic
This has really helped me organise my life. I used to cover everything in post its, but having a list right on my home screen is a constant reminder that I need to get on and do something. Since my phone never leaves my sight, neither does my to do list :)

    Perfect for me
This widget is perfectly what I wanted. It's a simple list you can add to and simply remove when completed. The set up screen seemed confusing at first but try it. It's just a simple list on a widget screen, not a calendar or day planner. Simple and i love it.

If you delete the widget off your screen, notes on that widget go in the trash with it.... BUT, the app its self has a memo pad. Go to app drawer, open app and everything entered in there will be saved with the app data, NOT widgets, widgets are not an extension of your app's data! I have a Droid X, and S3, and Nexus 7, and it works flawlessly for all!

Fantastic App only missing two minor things
This is what other to-do apps should aspire to. The interface is beautifully simple, its not a hdd hog, the widget lets you do custom sizes. There are only two drawbacks: 1. it does not sync with google tasks. 2. You cannot change the order of tasks The interface and simplicity of this app make up for it if you are considering installing this do.
    Tiny little, power pack stuff!!!
Have used almost all available To Do apps.. This is simple and does the job neatly.. Two things if corrected, u will get 5 stars.. 1. Reminder option for notes. 2. Settings interface can be simple and easy to understand. Quite difficult initially to figure out what those options are !!!

    Works well
Did exactly what I wanted. Very easy to update tree lists and easy to customize. The only thing I would say is it could do with a UI update as it took me a while to figure out how to create headings for my lists. Otherwise great.

A good app with tiny buttons
I like the functionality of this app, it's simple and does it's job well. The only problem is the interface. First, the buttons on task management screen are tony on my nexus 7 and hard to hit. Second, the widget also features tiny scroll buttons that are easy to miss. This makes the app a little annoying to use on a regular basis. The task management screen should be larger, with larger buttons, and the widget should have finger scrolling like the gmail widget, rather than tiny scroll buttons.

    Ah! For to-do list lovers!
Great and convinient app/widget for those of us who rely on lists to get our day going. It has everything I need BUT... I gave it 4 stars because the order for some lists does matter. The app does not allow you to add in between or drag an entry elsewhere. More backgrounds would be magnificent too!

    Simple & effective
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Minimal size download and doubles as a Shopping List. Widgets come in various sizes, from 1x1 to 4x4 which is great. You can edit text by clicking on widget. Check off the list by tapping the note paper icon next to text - it's on the left on the widget. This is top rate: small and user friendly.

    Excellent app
Just what I needed. A straight forward widget which you can just update directly from the home screen. It will be great if completed tasks automatically goes down to the bottom of the list so that it's easy to remove at one glance. Also, current tasks should be moveable up and down the list as a way of prioritising the items. Thanks for creating this wonderful widget. It's a refreshing change from complicated and messy apps in the market.

very good! i love that you can edit your notes quickly but one thing i would like to mention is that i cannot add a new line between those old lines. I cannot arrange them in new order too. eg. • line A • line B • line C i can only add a line under line C but not under line A. So, please make improvements - (1) allow adding lines freely (2) allow drag&drop function to arrange the lines in desired order :) thanks a lot

    Simple and effective
It's very good and unusual that it economises on screen space. The user can choose the font size and it doesn't leave huge gaps between the lines. Minimalist design at its best. Please don't be tempted to clutter it with superfluous features.

    Simplistic but does the job
Great that it's a widget (of which you can also put multiple instances on your home screens, e.g. for different classes of tasks) and that it's no-frills. Takes a few minutes to figure out but with some trial-and-error you'll quickly get it working fine! And it doesn't need much (memory, permissions...)

THANK you for writing a SIMPLE task app that works on your home screen, doesn't take 5 minutes to enter ONE task, doesn't do 655 different things, doesn't waste all my bandwidth downloading, and isn't intrusive wanting to access everything on my phone! :) My only suggestions would be: 1. Allow a 5x5 widget. 2. Allow us to move tasks up and down in the list in case we've entered them in the wrong order. 3. Make the black background less see-through. Otherwise, fantastic! :)

    Good app, great potential!
This app is easy to use and looks great. I would like to see a tab option for multiple lists on the same widget. Also it would be nice to be able to move the order of the list around. The arrow up and down moves the list even when there is only a blank line at the bottom which is a bit misleading. It would help to have a settings button on the widget to change things quicker. One last thing that I found odd is that the small widgets can be made bigger but the big ones can't be made smaller.

I love that it is a widget; a to-do list that isn't does make sense. It is simple which is a plus. The only drawback for me was that there were no words on the setup page, so you have to play around to figure out what 80% of it means. That probably wouldn't matter for a seasoned widget user.
  • Neil Dillette
This is a very useful app. A couple things that would give this app 5 stars are the option to have a to do list on multiple days eg. To do list for Monday and a separate to do list for Tuesday. The second is for instructions as I had to play around a bit before I understood how it worked. It is still a very useful app though

I have looked and looked and it seems that this app is the only one where Im able to write down a reminder directly from the widget without having to go to the actual app through the widget in order to write it. It's such a handy feature and is the main reason for why I've had this for over 2 years. The only issue is that I cant save my lists, that way if I were to accidentally delete one, I would be able to recover it without having to recreate a new list and try to remember what was on the previous list

5 stars on what it claims
I personally need check box apps due to brain injury for memory issues. I have used and rated over 40 to do list apps since 1995 aka slamo as a user. My three points for this freeware. 1 easy to use 2 easy to learn 3 unlimited. Also I can get to list under 1 second from picking up my phone before I forget what I'm thinking to enter :) I can have 8 unlimited lists on one page. I will use this app for as long as I have a galaxy note4

    My favorite widget, but..
This widget gets more use than any other on my Nexus 4. I have two set up on my home screens. One for "reminders" and another for my "shopping list". I love the look, functionality and idea of it. Two gripes, however: I'd like to see the ability to reorganize the lists, and possibly even auto-capitalization.

I love this widget! I love how you can customize it. I wish there was an option for different colored notepads -- I want a pink one!!! It would be really cool if you could change the font, too, but I'm just being picky lol! Overall this widget does exactly what it says - you customize your checklist, place it on your screen (what I love most), add your to do's to the list, and then touch the box to check it off so you can see what you've accomplished. Spot on, Chris! Thank you for your time and effort! :-)

    Finally, a simple list!
Coming from a Symbian phone, I was very dismayed to learn that the Google Calendar does not allow persistent to do tasks to be listed in the calendar. Since I view the calendar primarily from the widget on the home screen it made sense to install a small extra widget for to do tasks. This one is simple to use and does not require that I set a time or expiration date. This is great for casual reminders that aren't so important that they need to be backed up online. And no advertisements! Many thanks!

    Love it! :3
I have a transparent theme going on with my phone and this is perfect! I only wish I could change the thickness/font of letters and have a different color setting for the tittle... but maybe I'm just procrastinating my tasks lol.

    Pretty good!
Looks really good and it is really easy to use. Love it on my homepage because it is exactly the thing I was looking for. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't remember the to do list so everytime you want to change the widget you have to write the list again. (Also get rid of the underline on the title, just to smarten it up!) I like to make my homepages stylish and this app fits in perfectly.

Works great, only a few little niggles
This just what I was looking for, a widget to quickly add notes that are displayed on the home screen. The only niggles are that the app requires a reboot to change which size widgets are in the widget list and some of the smaller sized widgets don't seem to respond to touch very well.
