    Cool hidden browser/search
I've found this app to be a great way to quickly & accurately browse news. But what I was pleased to discover was that I can veer off the beaten path to read things that aren't included in the app two different ways— 1) I can open an original story (using Open original on the bottom left of any story) and I'm suddenly in a browser. In that browser, I can TLDR the story (getting short, medium or long versions) OR, I can type another URL into the browser, go to a story I want to read, and TLDR that. 2) I've found I can use the search feature within the app (it appears when there are no more stories available when you "Find more") and search for anything I'm interested in. I'm not limited by what the app thinks I want to Find more of. I would happily give this app 5 stars if it gave me the search feature and browser to use without having to go through gymnastics to get to them—but I'm still very pleased with it.

    Kind of amazing
The tech behind this is baffling. This is way better (more efficient) than just getting the first couple of lines from an article. Well executed and good UI for a first version. Would like to see custom feeds in the next version, but happy with the ability to eliminate feeds for now.

    All the news. You need.

    Good, not great.
It does a phenomenal job at summarizing, but you can't add custom sources or share articles from other apps. It is, as of right now, just an RSS reader that you can't add new feeds for, that consists of summaries. There is also no option to remove ads. Update: This was really the only competitor summly and now that that is going away and this is the only remaining algorithmic summary reader, I rate 4.5

    Works Great
Does what it says. Nice when you are in the bathroom. Not that I would use my phone in the bathroom. And I don't know what those other people were saying. It will shorten pretty much any page. Wouldn't work on Facebook, but other than that.

    Does what it's supposed to.
TLDR; people giving this less than 3 stars don't know what tldr (community) is all about.
