I love the workouts. But now it freezes on me. Please fix it so it will work again. Not going to use it and the other ones till you guys make the video work again.
It was a great apps. You can feel your heart beating. All u need is just keep consistent. I not sure about the calories calculations but somehow, it makes you become motivated.

The workouts are great. My abs are on fire right now. The calorie count seriously needs to be fixed. I want to add the exercise to MyFitnessPal but I need the correct calorie count to do so.

Great app. I downloaded the whole set, but I'm having a hard time in using all the workouts... Which workout should I start with? Which set? Are there specific days in which I can do the workouts? Can you help me figure that out?

Great Work Out Tool
It helps you target the right muscels, times it for you so you are only working for the amount of time you need and the amount of time you have to do the work out. It's easy to use, shows you how to do the exercise, and is the best free ab work out app u will find.
I definitely felt the effects. My only complaint is the calories burned are way off. There's no way you burn 300 calories in 6 minutes.
This app helped me loose twice as much weight as other apps done.it was easy to set up and I would recomend it to anyone

This is rlly g8 collection of workouts in one app..but it lack proper instruction..why dnt the makers give a voice over instructions n explain evry workout properly..all i listen is ready n go..why not explain each posture?? if dis is fixed itz 5 star app..

I'd give five stars if there was a calendar that showed work out days. Also, I would like to post my results to Facebook. It is definitely hard to look at the videos holding the phone.
I love this app
I needs few improvements; eg. sound at the end of the series to inform that it's done is mission. Also burned calories info is too high. Apart from that it's all I need from exercise app.

At first I was not sure if this would actually help me but when I started doing the work outs I saw the changes even though am 12 this app helped me alot I would recommend this app to everyone

This app, unlike others, actually shows how to do the exercise as well as time them for you in a way that makes you feel as if its actually working as opposed to other apps that made me feel like I was wasting time and energy. The history button let's you track everything, and leaves you feeling accomplished.
Even tho I'm only 11 it really works if ur thinking about trying to lose or get abs ir something get tgis app
Quick and easy
I LOVE this workout. I found it, lookinf for some kind of walk through workout and this is perfect. It walks you through all the steps and even has a person doing it with you on the screen so it feels like you're not alone. It is fabulous and really works my abs!
It works as soon as you start awesome even though the calories are just to make you feel like you lost more Wright. It works quickly and you feel the heat of it spontaneously
i have so much fun while i'm doing exercices but 300 cals in 5 min ?! that's idiot !! u can't even burn that much in 5 min while in running ... just fix that plz

I feel the burn and I love my results thus far!! Also being able to pick how long I want my workout to be is a great bonus for a busy mom . Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the calories burned is way off 3 minutes and 388cal burned highly unlikely lol .
But I can't share my results on twitter. It keeps saying "fail share" that should be fixed.
I've downloaded most of the "ladies workout" and your it's the best. I know its working cause I'm sore after each workout. Only wish there was a sound to let you know when you are finish your workout.
Very helpful with reminding me what times I have to workout and it makes working out less boring by telling you you're progress and by challenging you.
I just started using it tonight and I know my little belly will be gone soon if I keep doing it every night!!!

I rate a four because if you notice that girl is a froud she is doing the workout once and then replaying it but it works after some weeks of doing it
Thanks; appreciate this ap. it's great. I took away 1 star because of that damm annoying voice! I cringe everytime she speaks. But nevertheless, great ap. I haven't lost any weight/inches but I feel the burn. And feel more energetic!

I give this workout app 5 stars because it deserves it and I can definitely feel the effect on my abs, thighs, buttocks, lower abs and definitely my waist too, its such an amazing workout app that its addictive to me and so I would highly recommend this workout app to everyone in the world and so keep up the amazing work, peace.

Please improve and fix the amount of calorie burnt and give description of which muscle/part we're working for
Freakin' awesome, couple of tweaks and it's perfect!
Started using the app about three weeks ago and already with a better diet and just doing all 4 sets (of course, I just started doing 5 minutes each set, I was doing 3 for the past couple of weeks), I'm already seeing results: forming ab muscle and I have already lost 5 pounds. Only things I would recommend: - a sound or something to inform you that you're done with one workout (or at the end of the set because I just keep doing it because I can't see my phone) - repetitions for both sides of your body
