Awesome, portable Simtower
You've really done a great job with this. My only complaint so far is that I can't figure out how to clean! There's also the occasional oddity of a droid simply floating down a level, as if there were stairs/an elevator. A better explanation of the noise mechanics would be nice, too. All in all, a good start!
I missed this!
I usualy try two to three new games every week and this throwback is my one of my absolute favorites. I haven't come across any issues aside from the frequently mentioned cleaning problem and being unable to upgrade due to an out of date payment system. Great job. I hope your development issues work out so that I can continue enjoying this game.
Great game! But just a demo...
This is a very nice game - reminds me of SimTower. But this is only a demo, you are only able to build up 15 floors, so it is possible to complete in a couple of minutes. There is a definite issue with the janitor and maid closets - they dont clean and neither use the service elavators... Still very entertaining though.
Some building are hard to get without unlimited. It is fun but when your world runs out of space you have to start a new world to build more. Could you please make it so you could get small world extensions if you use money from the game. When I have too many building the game says error. Can you please fix that too. Thanks!
Almost like SimTower!
Great game! Some ugly graphical glitches related to how the droids move around. I overall wish we could have regular human citizens instead of the droids. That would really make this game top notch instead of feeling like a joke cell phone game.
Fun but needs more
Great and fun game. Font to small for phones and it's difficult to place things sometimes. I think it is a great game. Idea: Maybe start with an external plan first then fill in the interior space. Or give some variances to the shapes of the rooms so that they aren't just square boxes. And that would allow for more creative building designs verses the vertical box.
Almost perfect simTower clone
Great game. It's almost like the old simTower game there are some differences but it doesn't matter. I have the problem that I cannot purchase the premium version by inapp-purchase too. Perhaps it would be a good idea to put a premium version up for sale in Google Play.
Max Meier, III
Great rendition of SimTower. Droid animations tend to group in areas furthest from elevators/stairs, cleaning staff is either not doing their job or not present, service elevators seem unused, and security staff seem to be missing too. Despite the drawbacks, I recommend this to anyone missing either SimTower or Yoot Tower.
Excellent remake of a classic
This game is exactly what I was hoping for: a faithful implementation of the classic Sim/Yoot Tower formula on Android. It's free to play without any of the usual FTP crookery and has a single, very reasonably priced in-app purchase to unlock everything. Definitely worth a look for the nostalgia alone.
Maids and janitors don't clean no matter how many you put up and how many service cars u make. Don't like that u have tear everything up to rebuild floors below them. I have Sim tower on my laptop and this is a very good comparison with those 2 exceptions. Still love playing this though.
I find it amusing that people are calling this a rip off of tiny tower. They should probably go google simtower, which is clearly what tiny tower ripped off, and what this game was modeled from. Thank you to the creator who has brought sim tower back to life. If you people take the time to read the game description, you'll see the creator of the app acknowledged maxis, so stop whinging! Overall, some tweaks are needed, but nothing major.
Fun but has some bugs
The game ran very smoothly on the Samsung G3 . But some issue like Seeing bugs in my hotel rooms and lots of janitor rooms. Just log out of game and come back seems too fix the problem. And after an hour it stop charge me to build so my tower had 1 billion dollars after 2 hours. This game is very easy to play. Even on the hardest setting. And not too many things too build with. But it was fun to go down memory lane and play sim tower agine. Worth trying it.
Good simtower app for android
Really good game, would give 5 starts if there was some animations in the offices, apartments, rooms, also employees moving around. I find the androids a bit chunky, but in theme. Very important, add option to move app to sd card. Worth buying the unlimited version :-D Edit: Cleaning crew hardly cleans anything, doesn't matter how many janitors or maids i have, everything gets dirty and no one to clean.
Awesome Addictive tower game!!
This is awesome!! I played Tower Mogul in Windows Mobile with my Dopod 818pro many years ago. But I couldn't find such game like that while I got HTC One X which is Android. Now I found this game is EXACTLY the tower game I was finding and even much more fun!! Thank you :D In-game purchase problem solved and I've bought it! Another problem, elevator sometime stucked and janitor not working?
Loved SimTower? You'll adore this game
Just what the title says: if you love SimTower you'll love this game. I would definitely like to see the ability to create empty floors (like SimTower) and some more commercial spaces, but for $0.99 it's a steal. The only thing that's keeping it from 5 stars are a few little bugs like the dirty rooms despite numerous janitor stations, floating sims, and non-working service elevators.
Great game, room for improvement
I really lovee Sim Tower, and this game is a good cure for my Sim Tower urges. The only issue I'm having so far is that janitors don't really work like they should. If that issue is fixed, this is a game I'd be willing to throw money at! It's a great game, just needs some minor improvements.
Needs polish, some things just don't work.
Spaces become dirty and no matter how many janitor closets or maid closets built it does nothing. Also they don't use the service elevator. Achievements need to be acknowledged before they become available, that should be changed to auto. But fun and will be great when finished. Good job dev.
