Great but some improvements please!
Would like to see more details on my bill, like when it's due and what are the fees I'm being charged. Just like on a paper bill. However, I do love the convenience!
It serves its purpose but wish it had an option to pay for free instead of all these 3rd party fees that get added on.
I hate that it don't give me an option to view my bill and also I'm against the fee.... but besides that everything works good.
Pay my bills
I use the app to pay my bills, which makes it super convenient. Other than that, there is no other real use for it. I wish there wasn't an extra charge to pay my bill through the app. Why does TIO get to take $1.95 from me every time I make a payment?
When I first downloaded the app it was horrible you couldn't do anything but now it works and it is easy to use once you get the hang of it.
The app is pretty good, just wish there was a way to pay without the 3rd party fees. Also, when your payment is at a certain dollar amount it makes you split up the payment and then you get hit with two convenience fees.
Great app just needs more
Great for paying online, but you would think that as much money is paid to them, they could afford to not use a third party for payment. Also it is very simplistic

Away from home
Simple hope every thing go's well. I do have a concern. Did not receive a text conforming payment
TIO-EPE Bill Pay App
Actually I just saw this method of payment on the El Paso Electric website. The app was easy to download and the information was a breeze to enter. I really like it because it is very simple to use. The other advantages is that it pays your bill immediately, whereas the other methods say the payment will post in 2 to 3 days even though it is charged against your cc right away. The fee ($1.75) is also cheaper than what Bill Matrix charges. Get the app folks it is better and more convenient.
Love the app
Easy to use, way quicker than calling. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it doesnt show a due date.
ITS 2K16!!! DON'T CHARGE TO PAY!
Great app. BUT WHY SHOULD WE BE CHARGED $2 TO PAY OUR BILL?!? IT'S 2016. EVERYONE PAYS WITH PLASTIC. GET IT TOGETHER
Makes everything so much easier. I'm able to download any statement on the go as well as making payments for a small fee posts instantly sometimes the paid status on the account summary is inaccurate other than that great app
Time saver. Duh...
It does all i expect it to do. Poeple complain it doesn't much but what more do you want? A fukkin ride to your cellphone? Fuk off. Great app
Still love it!
I've used the app since it first came out & I'm loving the improvements that have come forward! I can report a power outage using the app which is so awesome!
Thank God they came out with this app. It saved my ass from being late. It could be more detailed though...
Its dope but, 2 extra bucks? I can waste 2 bucks to go drive down the street and pay it.
Fast and convenient
Posts immediately and secure. As for the fee, I may not like it but there is always a fee for the convenience.
So so much easier way to work with El Paso electric! Feels like I jumped from the 80s directly to 20171
Does its job
Yes you can't leave a credit on the account and details on the balance and few other stuff aren't available but it does its job to make sure you can pay your bill on time. 4 stars just because I hate that EP Electric charges that damn fee regardless of payment method
Simple and easy to use.
Does a great job, but I agree with others; EPE is big enough to not use a third party or charge a fee. I can go to a payment agency and not be charged a fee; so why should I when I use their app. Just saying....
Simple enough but why charge?
Simple and stable app let's you do all you need easily. I don't understand why I have to pay a fee just to pay my bill. That's that bullshit. Might consider a small one time charge for the app in lieu of a bill payment fee.
I would give it a 5 star but sometimes it can be wonky and not update bills on its own.
Great and easy app to pay bills. Very convenient acts up from time to time but not often. More utility companies should adopt this idea.
