This is a great app! Especially for those of us that go about our day on high alert yet crave a gentle interruption bringing us back to center. Plus, folks hear this basic sound and the positive energy flows out to those around me. All around very good. Namaste!

It seems to ring at the times it's most needed. I have mine set for about every hour. Great way to stay mindful. Not only that, but it confuses other people. :)

Great app! I wanted it to ring on 1/2 hr and the dev showed me how. Now latest update has it able to set specific times. ThankU! Using SG5.
Does just what I want it to do
I would prefer if the controlls showed what state they are in, rather than what state they would become if pressed.

Also use it as a reminder to be grateful, compassionate, hydrated and oxygenated (drinking water and breathing). it make co workers giggle when it goes off during a overly serious corporatey meetings i fascinate. tried all the others on ios and Android. this is by far the best. used it over 3 yrs.

Helps to get you feel centred
It's a great app. Only thing - when I used "use interval deviation" option the app wasn't working, so I removed the option.
Keeps me Present
I have my mindbell set for every 15 minutes. Each time it sounds I released all of the breath in my lungs and breathe as deep as I can wait 3 seconds and release slowly. This may sound like that's a lot to do every 15 minutes but if you can't take a deep cleansing breath every 15 minutes which takes up only about 10 seconds.... then you're already in trouble. This is a wonderful tool for staying present giving yourself cleansing deep breaths and realizing just how precious each moment is during each day.

This is a wonderful app that chimes at just the right times to keep me in the present. No matter what I am doing, even when I'm doing work on my phone, when it chimes, I breathe deeply and say affirmations. Love love love it!!!!😍

This is very soothing, and I take deep breaths every time I hear this bell. It's a lovely reminder to be in the present moment. I had this app 5 years ago when I had the original droid model, glad I got this again!!
