    Handy
Little widget. So cute! Gotta love it! Just one thing. Could you make the background of the word waxing or waning transparent? It kinda looks like a stick on label and stands out against a light colored pretty background. And thanks for remembering us in the southern hemisphere.

    Nice little widget
I have this on my phone as one of the very few widgets on the home page. When I got an Asus Transformer (HC 3.1) it was one of the first apps I installed. Unfortunately on a tablet under honeycomb the text under the widget does not seem to appear. It's still usable, but I have to think whether it is waxing or waning. (or look at my phone ;-)

Does what it says on the tin. Clearly some people have no idea how to use widgets.

OMG People! It's a widget, press and hold on homescreen to use. That said, AWESOME!-just what I was looking for as an amateur astronomer.droid x

One of the first apps I install on every phone!
I've been using this widget for years. As a wireless employee I go through a lot of phones and this widget is on the center screen of every Android device I have ever had. It's simple and informative and adds a nice touch to my backgrounds which are almost always landscapes.

    Had this for years...
I enjoy knowing how far into the moon cycle we are, this has never let me down. I like the day -by -day representation of the moon, the list of common names for each full moon, and the associated description. This is a very good tool whether you're learning or just curious.

    The best
I have sampled several apps like this, i think this is the best. Easy to use, beautiful, updates without problems. Thanks for a lovely free app!

I was slow to update, because I loved the old one so much. The new graphics are so beautiful, now I'm glad I did.

    Best
I tried a bunch and this is the best of its kind. Pros: good graphics, resizable and can hide label. Con: new moon phase lasts way longer than other phases, others showed at least a sliver of moon close to new moon

    Pretty not bad
Does what it says. If you keep getting directed to the paid version try reading the directions!!

Likeable little app, I use it a lot. Only improvement I would suggest is adding rise/set times.

    Very helpful, well done!
I need this for various reasons: my moods & medical issues (esp possibility of headaches & insomnia) are strongly & predictably affected by the moon phases, I'm better at certain tasks/activities during certain phases, if I'm gardening food it helps a lot, & for planning enjoyable relaxing nighttime outdoor dining etc. Also I've loved astronomy since I was a little kid! I appreciate that the widget is very attractive & I really enjoy seeing it on my screen! :)

    Awesome!
I've always had a moon phase app or widget since using Android, and this one won me over years ago! It has a sleek and subtle, yet vibrant display, and I love reading about the different monthly moons! Always a must, on every device!

    Works
It works nicely, and it does not require any smelly permissions, but I really do not care to know by what "names" they call the moon in North America, nor how these names originated from the natives, while I would care about more astronomical information, such as when the moon rises and when it sets, the effective brightness of the moon as a percentage, etc.

It's a widget! Must long press on home screen and choose widgets! If u go 2 app people it wont work!
