This app is great when it comes to hitting the gym, not so much the workout tracking part more the fact it gives you a range of exercises to do, coz I find alot of people do the same stuff most the time... Mixing it up gets results :)
Only negative thing is it does not have stretching exercises.. Or else its a '5-star' app..
Workout 5 days a week but still able to come up with new workouts because of this app. Just so many different workouts plus its free this is a must have fitness app!
Love the layout, easily find the muscles you want to work on. Would like to see a more in depth description of how to perform n exercise, it does this well but I think it could improve. Thank you for a great app.
Solid app with lots of content
Galaxy s5. No issues. App is quick and informative. Provides a ton of great exercises and pictures of the proper form. Great app to give you ideas on new exercises to change up your workouts. Would be cool to get more cardio workout ideas such as sprints, interval training ideas, etc.
Love it! The best out there
Great training app. I've tried a lot of different apps, but this one is my favorite. I like how it shows you step by step each move, tells you the primary and secondary muscles being worked, and what to keep a look out for to ensure proper form.
I'm begin to start all over again this time. This apps have so many workout in the library and this really help me a lot. Keep up a good work.
It's like having a personal trainer
I love the fact that this app shows me how to use all of mine in home training equipment and also shows me how to use them correctly this is way better then paying for a personal trainer when you can have one on your phone and open it at your convenience

One of the best work out apps I've ever used.
When I was regularly working out I used to use this app to look up and try new techniques all the time. Especially like all the different arm routines that you can choose from within this app. Now that I am about to get back in shape again and hopeful for the last time. I am definitely gonna used this app again. Which me luck.
They offer a lot of good work outs and the animations are pretty helpful. I like how you can primary or secondary target each muscle when deciding you want to work out. It's a pretty solid app. I did like how it was before though, when they would walk you step by step and then the final card was all the motions of the work out. A little thing but still a very solid app as far as the free version goes.
I started to work out after my cousin showed me (also because I weigh 168 pound and I'm only 13) great job its helping me!
Great and payed version even better
Had the pay version on my iPhone, it was great to make many custom programs. The free app is also better than any other I've checked out because it gives you exercises based on equipment in addition to muscle or body part. Most apps just have programs geared for gym rats and this one has so many other ideas.
It's very straight forward and does the job. Aside from the animation changing too quickly, this app really helps you focus on the muscles you want to work out.
App is awesome
App was recommended by a friend. Must have for gym goers imo. My only issue is when creating your own workouts, I would love to have the option to choose specific body parts instead of searching through every workout. For example I created an arms only workout routine but I need to search all the workouts in the app looking for bicep specific workouts.
The app has been around for a little while now and has only gotten better with age. The workouts themselves are well described and pictured. East to follow prompts help guide new users through the app with ease. With plenty of different ways to find a workout, there is no confusion for the user on what exercise to use. Over all great app.
