I <3 this! Thank you very much for making my HTC EVO View tablet that much more fun to look at! I wish there were more ASCII live wallpapers like this!

I have spent a lot of money buying live wallpapers. There is just something so cool about this one and is all I use. Great on battery life and doesn't lag phone. Looking forward to others like this.

    Pretty nice!
It'd be much better compiled as a Daydream screensaver rather than a wallpaper tho, is it possible to do this?

love the simplicity of this lwp. wish we could interact with all the creatures in a future release.

    Best live wallpaper!
Does not slow down the phone nor drain battery. It's cute with many colors. You can kill the fish by tapping them. Lol

I really love this live wallpaper. unfortunately it slows down my Galaxy 3 to the point where incoming phone calls don't match caller id to my contacts. I like to know who is calling. Sadly I have disabled it. I hope this performance issue can be fixed.

Good, but I'd like to have it as an app
It's not very nice as an wallpaper, my kids like to watch it, I'd prefer to have it as an app.

I fall in love with it! It's so relaxing and I like that you can kill the fish by tapping on them. The fish eating shark is so funny.
  • Jennifer Hammond

    Great piece of nostalgia.
Doesn't slow down my phone and looks great. Would like to see the devs continue to support it.

This wallpaper is awesome! Its lasted nearly 5 months on my phone so it mustn't be that bad! I love the simple graphics most of all!
  • Angela Jackson
    Wish it did...
But it doesn't work on an S5. :(

    Beautiful live ANSI wallpaper!
As a product of the 80s, I must say this app really wowed me and took me back 30 years when I saw it! I am in love. The wallpaper is also somewhat interactive. I enjoy "popping" the fish, and creating bubbles. On my Samsung galaxy tab 3 8.0, it runs smoothly, and without any glitches. *** The one thing I think I'd like the developer to do is make it compatible with Daydream, so I can make it a screensaver.

Doesn't work on my Galaxy Note :(
  • Lisa Boetti
    Best live wallpaper!
LOVE it! Fun and beauty in the most geeky way. There's almost something calming about watching all the creatures swim by!
  • Josh Bailey
    One issue
The only thing I have against this app is the lack of more speed settings, it'd be great if it had a speed setting that made the movement completely smooth.

    Great simple wallpaper
I love it. Saves battery and the black background make icons easy to see.

    Still Amazing.
Three years after my first review and this wallpaper is still my favorite. That's saying something. Don't let its lack of updates deter you... it works beautifully as it is, so it doesn't really need updates.

    Score display?
Awesome live wallpaper. Wish there was a score display because my finger hurts from tapping fish so much ( ・∀・)

Great wallpaper, Finally motivated to write in praise of this great bit of code by the easter egg (err.. christmas egg?) that has appeared today.. the shark seems to have turned into Santa, complete with sleigh and reindeer.. Hilarious! A very Happy Christmas to the authors too.
  • Glenda Wells
    a top favorite
galaxy note 3 I like this LWP. it is a go to. paperland is tops but this one is really fun. Easy on battery. wish we could turn off the shark. wish it was dream compatible.

Colorful and interactive lwp looks great and runs smoothly on both Lollipop phone and tablet even though this was made in 2011. Thank you very much to the developer!
  • Tiziano Riolfo
Tapping at the top to drop food, to which certain fish are attracted would be great (c.f.: Insaniquarium)

    Cool and simple.
Love it! Doesn't make my phone lag or drain battery.
  • Jose Andrade
A very nice colorful interactive wallpaper that surprisingly won't drain your battery.
  • Anna Gouldsmith
    Great app!
Only suggestion I would have is a score option telling how many fish you "killed"
  • A Google User
    Simple, fast and good
Great app. It works flawless on my viewpad 7 tablet. It reminds me of computers 3 decades years ago, when computer was a new born baby, when steven jobs hadn't inveted graphical UI....
  • Ethan Hennard
    Awesome live wallpaper
I use this as a screensaver for my Linux computer and love it for my phone. I would love to see the animation smoothed out then. I how that's the way it was back in the day but maybe add an option to have the blocky animation if people want it? That's the only thing that's keeping this from being 5 stars in my opinion. Maybe add an option for the amount of fish you want on screen? Like slider bar or something.
