Gotta hand it to you. The only thing I hate worse then being stuck in traffic is dealing with automated phone systems when all I want is to speak to a goddam representative. This app has completely removed that frustration from my life. It's unbelievable! I just type in the search box whatever company, corporate or government entity I want speak with & Fast Customer navigates through the bullshit & rings my phone the minute a representative is finally reached. It don't get no better then that. Well done FC!

Changed the way I make calls. I love it so much, but I have to make a few suggestions: AT&T number is missing for general customer service. Also I call 800 not listed but the app and asks to call for me. After I allow the app to go to work, it freezes. Just with unlisted 800 or 877 numbers
I downloaded this app and placed a test call to AOL Customer Service. I'm not an AOL Customer, so I chose to screw up their call stats instead of a decent company. I totally forgot about the test. Two hours later, my phone rang. I picked up and an AOL agent was on my phone. I'm sold. Perceived hold time: 0seconds. Actual hold time: 120 minutes!
Saves so much time and frustration!
Really takes the pain out of calling customer service. I only waited a few minutes and as soon as it rang I was able to talk to someone!
This amazing ap saved me over 3 hours today!
I had to call my direct sales company this afternoon, and since I've waited as long as 4 hours to talk to a rep lately, I was not looking forward to it at ALL. Fast customer saved the day by allowing me to live my life without focusing on the hold music trying to make sure I didn't miss the moment when the call center rep answered the phone!! Over 3 hours that I would have been on hold, I helped my kids with homework, talked to customers, sent text messages, etc. SUCH a wonderful tool! Thank you Fast Customer!!
Unexpectedly Good app
I did not expect this app to be working accurately when I looked at its interface initially and heard about. But thought of giving it a try. It's very thoughtfully developed application I must say. I have given it a try three times before writing this review. It worked 100% accurately so far. Nice job by developer. My suggestion to developer is to brighten the interface of application to be more native to Android
Works with relative consistency.
Sometimes call have been dropped immediately when I am called back but it is not a frequent occurrence. Overall good app!

This is the first time I have ever rated an app. Many good apps out there but none like this one! I've never been so impressed and excited about any app before! Anything that saves me time and aggravation is worth getting a 5-star rating from me!
Was skeptical at first, didn't think it would work. Tried it and Sprint has called me instead of me having to call them. :) Will give 5 stars once the UI is more up to date with newer versions of Android.
Absolutely, mind-numbingly brilliant
I spend more time than I'd like to admit on customer service calls. I'm always traveling, buying things, yada-yada-yada... This app cuts the time and annoyance of waiting on customer service automated voices and connects you to the person once they have picked up. I'm surprised at how few people actually have this app. BTW - it's hilarious to hear the the person at the other end saying 'I got an automated call.. and now I'm talking to you. Thanks for waiting, how can I help." and then I can respond with "No, thank YOU for waiting =)". I'm sure in a few years customer service agents will recognize this as a FastCustomer call!
Simply the best
This is the best app on the entire Google play store. I tried the app at different companies and the experience at the end leaves you with a REALLY...THAT'S IT... No waiting at all. My future business would go only to companies listed out here. It was never so easy to talk to a customer care executive.

I hate hate hate navigating through phone trees. I just a want to talk to a live person sometimes! I tell this app what company to call and my phone rings when a live person is on the line. Love it! Telemarketing in reverse!
I tried this out when I was annoyed waiting for US Airways to answer their reservation line. Not only did it work flawlessly, but it seemed to get me through the queue in a shorter amount of time. Simply excellent. Good UX as well--easy and straightforward.
Omg , amazing service in the call navigation system. One thing I would like is better connection. Seems a bit hard for the other party to hear at times. I'm making calls from an HD line.
Still waited with hold music
Tried it for the first time with Best Buy Customer Service. Someone picked up but she transferred me so I still waited on hold with music but I blame BB. I'll try this again with another company in the future.
The best wait to wait!
I love this app. It's a must have for people who end up in a screaming match with the prompt menu. I especially love how when you dial an 800 number and forget about the app, it'll pop up as a prompt to see if you'd like it to call on your behalf. I'm actually waiting on hold through the app as I type this. No more scratchy horrible hold music for me!
I can't believe this app only has 50k downloads. It's fantastic - almost literally out of fantasy. You pick a company, and then it calls you back when it has found a human being. Saves so much time and stress.
Too good to be true!
I almost NEVER write reviews, but this app totally deserves it. I have to contact eBay several times a week and this app had never failed me. Put the phone down and wait, the best part is I don't have to deal with eBay's crappy holding music. This app is BRILLIANT, I recommend it to everyone when I get the chance. Must have app if you call businesses on a regular basis, or even if you just call once in a while. Id rate 10 stars if I could!

Would also give it 6 stars I tell it who I want to call and put down the phone, when they come on I get a call. Sometimes they are confused but it is better HAVING THEM WAIT FOR ME!!!!

Just called Air Canada customer service and was told there was a minimum wait of 1hr 26min. I downloaded this app to give it a try, and 2 hrs later my phone rang and customer service picked up 5 min later. Saved me so much time, and allowed me to watch an entire movie while waiting. Awesome awesome awesome!
Works as advertised
Everything works, but am giving 4 stars because a UI refresh is desperately needed. Also, the back button doesn't exit you out of the app. Great job otherwise.
I love it
I hated everytime I had to call my bank. This has changed now. I have used 4 times this app with different companies. Just with one company I had a connection problem, but I re-tried again a couple of times and it finally went through. There are already lots of companies added to the list. Keep the good work!
Talk to a person not a machine!
Awesome app. Best part? It's free! I hate answering robots and then having to answer the same questions when a service rep answers. Pick the company, have app place the call...sit back and enjoy life...not stuck on hold. Doesn't have every company out there but the list is still impressive.

Tried for 3days, nite and day, to contact Microsoft Support without success. I then remembered i had this app...within 3 mins I was talking to a HUMAN at MS who resolved my problems. THIS APP IS GREAT and I would pay for it!!!
One of the best apps I have
This thing has saved me hours of in hold time. I love it! Update: I came back to leave a good review and saw I already did it. This continues to be the best app I have ever downloaded. It has saved me hours and hours o hold with the cable, credit and phone companies.

I have to call customer service every once in a while for my part time job, and they have ridiculous hold times around the holidays. This app is so convenient! And the person at the other end doesn't even know. Thank you bunches!

AWESOME!!! Best app on my phone
Droid Razr Maxx - used it 3 times - worked perfectly! Saved at least 20 minutes NOT battling with Verizon's menu, Delta airlines called me back confirming a delayed flight, & AMEX customer service responded in about 2 min. I'd pay for this! What a concept - avoiding the automated menu monster removes a huge irritant from my life.

Amazing - 10 Stars
This app is truly amazing. I was very skeptical that it would work as advertised, but after waiting on my regular phone line for more than half an hour and hanging up out of frustration, I tried using this app to contact American Home Shield, and it did all the work for me behind the scenes while I relaxed, and they called me back in about 5 minutes. It seems impossible but it's completely true. This may end up being the best app on your phone when you need it. Again, amazing.
Giving the app a 5 start even if the menu button does not work on my Nexus 5. It does what it is supposed to. Have been struggling with USPS customer service for so long with their Siri type interface. This app saved me time and a lot of headache. Good Going Guys :)
Amazing time saver
I loathe calling customer service because of the obnoxious phone menus or even worse, crappy voice recognition menus. I always get frustrated and end up snarling at the poor reps who did nothing wrong. I had to call my airline and was less than pleased at the prospect. My husband asked me what airline it was then showed me this app and set it to call me. After we ate dinner my phone rang and shockingly a human was on the other end. Without a doubt this was the least stressful customer service call ever
