Official Apology to Our Beta Testers of Dolphin Browser HD v6.0

Yesterday we sent an e-mail to a number of consumers who are our beta testers for Dolphin Browser HD v6.0. This time is different from our monthly newsletter in that we decided to send out the emails separately by using another email service.

Through an unfortunate error by one of our employees, some recipients were able to see the e-mail addresses of others who are also our beta testers. Needless to say, it was never our intention to reveal this information and for that we are genuinely sorry. Those who support our product and give us valuable feedback expect and deserve to have their personal information protected. In this case, we failed to do so and we will ensure it will not happen again in the future.

As for the random key, this has nothing to do with users account information. We have not collected user data at all, and we are handling people’s private information with confidentiality, care and respect.

We sincerely apologize to those who were affected by this error and appreciate your understanding.
